Frig I Hate Little Brothers
so my baby bro is out in Kelowna working on his social work degree. He desides to go with some buddies to Vancouver for the weekend. He gets there and hey what do you know, it's Alexander Keith's Birthday. If you bought a Keith's you get your name entered into a draw.
Who had his name pulled out of the draw for a free meal, transportation (within Vancouver) and two free tickets to the Canucks vs Kings game on October 19th?
BAH!!!
I just had to rant, at least they're not playing the Flames.
I did give him warning that I'd disown him if he cheered for the Canucks, but not to cheer for the Kings as he'd get jumped.
I needed to rant, stupid little brothers!

I was half tempted to say that, but then I thought it'd be such a waste of a perfectly good Flames jersey to have it torn during the beating/jumping and have blood stains all over it.

My little brother who knows nothing about hockey whatsoever got invited into the family hockey pool this year and just went down list of the hockey news forecaster for his picks and now is leading everyone by a pretty wide margin...

Yeah my little brat, I mean my little bother . . . my younger sibiling doesn't know lick about hockey. I had to warn him not to start liking the Canucks.
Too bad it wasn't against Calgary, I'd have had to fly out and use ticket #2.

Don't get me wrong, I love the little guy (well techinally while shorter he is bigger than me). Just doesn't seem fair for him to win free tickets to an NHL game. I'm happy for him, but why can't that be me

Hey now, Halifax is major on the Canadian scene. They've got direct flights to Vancouver.
UNFORTUANTELY, I'm in Sydney, which IS hicktropolis. I love it here, but my God we're out of the way (unless you want to fly to outter-space that is)
