Burning Smell in the NW....

Hey I live in Tuscany in the NW and woke up this morning to a forest fire type smell. Anyone who lives in the area know what it is exactly? It's really smoky here.

Not 100% sure, but there could very well be a forest fire in the mountains, and the wind is blowing in the smoke...happens quite a bit..or your neighbor is having a campfire :P

Hmmm, I don't think it's the Avs, Wild, Canucks or Flames... so that must leave the Oilers to be stinking up the place.

Did you figure out what it was yet lil bro? Is someone bbq'ing? The neighbours on either side of our house are bbq'ing as we speak and my windows are all open so I can smell it. Seems like someone accidentally burnt their meat (or maybe they like it that way).

I thought they we're doing some controlled burns in the mountains due to the pine beetle.
