Winner ate 21 lbs of the stuff in 10 minutes. It's a link to a photo gallery. Looking through the gallery, the contestants aren't overweight, and are reasonably fit and thin. It's not the overweight guys who wind up winning these things anymore. It's the skinny guy who you can't believe packs away all that food.

I think it's like a cross between hash browns and cream of wheat (from what I remember). I have only had it once, and that was a few years ago.
