It isnt anyone but me who makes decisions on ratings...the best I can...so jumping on Igor or anyone else is in extremely poor humor.
I rate players for now based on an OV that is given by 3 GMs and an average of those 3 OVs.
I then have to decide what I think that players best attributes are and give that rating a bump. IMO I think that Ovechkin deserves his rating for now....you dont have to...and I dont care what you think of my choice. Im NOT going to sendf it to another group of GMs to tell me what THEY think...its just plain stupid.
Sooooooooo to make a long story short...if you dontlike it QUIT...IF you jump on another GM about it youll be fired no questions asked...no matter who you are...
