It's the first chair on the list in the link.
Cost is $0.
Now the picture is of a chair that retails over $300, however I'm quite sure mine retailed for about $125, but this picture is the closest I could find.
It has one defect and that the left arm rest has broken off ... hence the reasonable price. Must come pick up, but I'm centrally located.
