Sportsnet West and Baseball

Ok, am I the only one confused about this?

Why is Sportsnet West currently the only one not getting the Blue Jays game? Does Sportsnet think West viewers want to watch a Fashion Show, Poker and a Football Preview while every other feed gets the Jays game?

Yesterday, every other station got the Oakland Athletics game while at the same time viewers in the West had to watch Poker.

Whats going on?

Next it'll be West having to watch Poker highlights during the Super Series...

If I was Sportsnet, I might do something similar. One of the selling points of getting all 4 feeds of Sportsnet is to watch something you can't see on the local channel. If there was always the same thing on every channel with the exception of hockey games that are blacked out anyways; who would pay for the other channels?

This way they are giving people a choice; and as Tyler guessed; they probably picked the feed with the worst baseball ratings to show poker et al.

I'm sure you can get a package through your cable provider which has all of the sportsnet channels if you really want to watch the Jays. I have that and honestly, if I can find a Yankees game on any other channel I'll take that to a Jays game any day. What are they, 7 games out of the wild card race now?
