VIN Numbers..
Is it possible to run a scan here in Canada on a VIN number when it comes off a car imported from Japan? Because I'd imagine the databases here won't have access to past incidents on the car when it was located in Japan?
Is there a place where you can get a search done, if you can't just do it through AMA?
