..ahem...I know there must be some Nirvana fans on this forum, anyway there has been talk for years of a Nirvana box-set to satisfy the thirst of die hard fans but because of various legal reasons it has never actually happened...until now.
Box-Set news.
I am thrilled about this. 3 cds, one dvd, 60 previously unreleased songs (that I most likely already have) but still. It is about time

Wow, that took long enough for them to release something like this.
My brothers' gonna flip, we have both been Nirvana fans for a long time now. Dating back to junior high.......this will be a must buy for sure.
Thanks for the heads up Deelow.

You and your brother have been dating since junior high? Damn, that's a hell of a thing to admit on a message board.

Boooooo to that joke!

That was pretty funny.

Chalk me up for someone who doesn't think Nirvana is all that great.

Unfortunately I wasn't there, but that's what I've heard for years -- that they did indeed play the Westward. Never heard a first hand account though.

On a related note, current diva Lenny Kravitz also played the Westward back in the day.

Well that's a hell of a thing -- I just phoned HMV and they say $96.99.

In other news, don't buy this thing at HMV.

Never buy anything at HMV. I can't think of anything that is cheaper or even the same price as other stores.

Maybe there's another edition though? Cause $23 difference is pretty big.

Sheesh, I probably saw 50 shows at the Westward that year and Skin Barn about 20 times but I didn't go to that one. :mad2:
