Default Into The Wild Movie

I went and watched A Mighty Heart last night, not a bad movie but i think the best part was the trailer for the new Sean Penn directed movie "Into The Wild", this movie looks great, opens this fall.

I'd highly recomend the book by John Krakauer. One of my all-time favourites!

Which book by Jon Krakauer? I've read two. Into Thin Air and Under the Banner of Heaven, and I think I own Into the Wild, but I haven't read it yet.

I like both books and the subject matter, but I thought his writing left something to be desired.

EDIT: Whoa nevermind! That flew right over my head. I need to wake up, must have gotten too much sun on the weekend or something...

Into the Wild is a fantastic book (not very long either)

I'd strongly recommend it as well.

Guy lived quite a life.

Alexander Supertramp is my hero!

There was also a really good segment years and years ago on Dateline or some such show about the book and Chris McCandless' life.

(Alex Supertramp was a name he used while travelling)
