Default The Two Corey's

Two Coreys

OK don't lynch me, but I was bored the other night and found my self watching this crap show... although Feldman’s wife is hot and half the show is her walking around in very little or modeling for Stuff magazine... but now I'm just making excuses... Anywho...

Part of the episode had them doing a radio show, and although they never said who the show was with I saw a couple signs outside the radio building as the "corey" entered... "Jack FM 96.9" and "The Bear" - So does this mean they are doing the show in Edmonton or Calgary, I know "The Bear" is in Edmonton and I know Jack is here, but it may be there too... Call it curiosity or whatever, but I'd like to start stalking Feldman’s wife ASAP...

I saw the Coreys on Larry King about a week ago pimping this show (I was waiting for the Jon Lovitz interview that followed, but I digress...). I believe they said they shot the show in a rented house in VAncouver

Terrible show... very contrived. I PVR'd the first 3 episodes but didn't watch after the first one. That Corey Hanes (sp?) dude is one gigantic loser.

Jack FM 96.9 is in several cities; for sure Vancouver. It's a radio station franchise.

I can barely get through the previews for the show, I can't imagine actually watching a full half hour of it.

The original Jack FM was in Vancouver (started about 6 months before Calgary) and is also at 96.9.

The Jack franchise is owned by Rogers. The Bear is a Standard Radio (owners of CJAY and Vibe) brand in Edmonton and Ottawa.

Rogers in Vancouver doesn't have a "Bear" station, but they do have a "Clear" (http://www.1049clearfm.com/ -- it looks like a more feminine version of Lite 96), perhaps that's what you saw.

Jack FM is also in the US, I was listening to it in Dallas when I was there a couple of years ago.

Yeah, it's all over. I've heard it in Los Angeles, San Diego, and Vegas.

The first station started in Vancouver in December 2002. Calgary was second, starting on April 1, 2003. Because of the brand's popularity, Rogers put one in virtually every market in Canada, and started franchising it across the States.

Here's the map of all the "Jack" stations.

Well no I definately paused it and saw both "The Bear" and "Jack FM 96.9" logo's and it was in the same frame on the same wall... so I have to assume the interview was done in Edmonton... the show made it look like he did the interview in the same town as they live but what the producers edit for us to see and the real reality are two very different things... so they could be living and filming in Vancouver and just went to Edmonton for a radio spot - Feldman didn't show up and Haines was pissed about it - so it would make sense they edited it to make it seems as if he could have taken 5 minutes and gone rather than a flight

My fiancee loves reality shows, so she made me sit and watch this garbage... she couldn't last more that 11 minutes without changing the channel permanently, what a crap show! A complete waste of time... yeah the wife is hot, but nowhere near hot enough to put up with that other Corey (the guest).... if they had a reality show to punch him in the face I might watch it
