Problem resolved. Apparently Canada Post delivered the DVD to the wrong address. The fellow that received it was busy this week so he didn't have time to drop it off until today.
(He saw the Wii box in my entry way and asked if it worked well. So I invited him in to give it a try. I'm playing tennis against some stranger that received my DVD by mistake.

It still bugs me that zip automatically punishes their members when a DVD goes missing and nine times out of ten it's Canada Post that f'd up.
