There doesn't seem to be much advancement in the skillsets of most posters. Well, except that greaser fan that's minus 3.

I think it is an unfortunate system because if you post one thing that offends someone and they report you, you can get a negative yet the ratio of good posts to bad posts can be 50:1. It is a biased system also because if you offend, or have differing opinion with one of those assigning the posts, you will never shake the blue.

Actually that's simply not true. In fact we have a couple of posters that routinely go from blue to red and back and forth repeatedly.,

I tried to read through that thread but I cannot find a definant answer on the colors.
How do they work? I am black...is that bad or good or neither?

Please answer my question in a sarcastic way to show my inability to read through the posts.

Thanks

Well, this is a Flames site, so red is a good thing. What is the worst thing you can be when it comes to the Flames? An Oiler. So blue is bad.

Black isn't a color.

There's already a large discussion thread on this in the help area.
