I think it is at this point in time. The game library is huge and if you like Classis NES titles there is tons of them. The battery life great and the games are fun.

With the coming of the PSP by Sony this might change...

I'd look at the Nintendo DS instead... it's coming out on November 11th. Dual screens, WI-FI (they mentioned the possibility of playing MMORPGs on it in the future), processing power equivalent to an N64...

You should read some articles on it, but I'm definetly considering getting one.

I think it is a great product. It has a huge library of games and is a great thing to have if you want to waste some time at any particular moment where there is nothing better to do. It's really portable and can be taken just about anywhere. So I think it is worth the investment. Of course you might want to wait until the DS comes out if you want the latest and greatest.

No, not really... Nintendo has completely gone down the crapper. Bought a Gamecube at launch, it collected dust for over a year, sold it...

Now have an SP, and there just aren't any games that grab me, so it's collecting dust.. I'm thinking about selling it.

$50 and it's yours

Great price for the SP! I think there's some great games out for it, I love Advance Wars, all the mario stuff, etc..

I have one and I like it. Lots of OLD School games which is alot of fun. Plus you cannot go wrong with Mario games.
