Can anyone help me with Flames Central?

hey guys, wondering if anyone here has been to 'Flames Central'?

I have a bit of a problem, I'm going to Benny Bennassi tonight with my girlfriend but we bought tickets at separate times and mine says "No Floor Access" on it, while hers are floor tickets...they were the same price though, just a mix up...

is there a way around this, I'm not sure as I've never been there, but can she come up on the balcony's or is there a way to get down there anyways?
