It's the new type of leash. Makes the dog think his handler is hanging on to him, but in reality he's inside drinking a beer watching the game. The dog can crap at will and have the time of his life. It's a win-win situation.

and it works??!!! I mean...my dog was pretty dumb, but I think even he would realize it wasn't a real person hanging on to him.

Perhaps they are a new breed favoured by puppeteers.

They guard banana trees.

They are not good on a leash. If they catch a scent, they'll rip your arm off. Maybe that's a prosthetic arm in the picture.
