FS: Rogers K790a

I have a used rogers k790a for sale. Phone is in very good condition (screen is almost perfect thanks to a screen protector applied since purchase). No ugly rogers sticker on this phone. Comes with box and all original pieces plus a 1gb card and a HPM 70 headset. HPM 70's come stock with the w810 and are in in ear (bud) headphones. A 3.5 mm adapter on the headset also allows you to use your own headphones if you wish.

Is this a phone that requires you buy a data plan, or can it be used with a straight phone plan?

It's a nice looking phone, just not sure if I am wanting to upgrade my RAZR to something like this, or a Blackberry.
