Default Website building in Calgary?

I'm working on a new project which is set to launch in a few months and I'm looking to get a website built for it. I'm curious to know if anyone has gone to a company in Calgary to have one made, and if so, who I should steer clear of?

I'm looking for quite a website, simply because I want it to reflect the quality of the product itself.

I would suggest Critical Mass.
They have some big name clients. They do good work.

And I've also PMed our services. www.commerx.com. We have done multitudes of sites from the simple to complex in all flavours. You'd even be supporting a member of the CP networking ring!

CM is great, they do the best work around, but you should be a large client.

Thanks for the help guys.

I'm going to float some ideas around in the next few days and pick a company to roll with and see what they can do.

As you may be able to tell, I am really excited for the project.

CM will turn away projects if they don't have the budget (and they should). I know the Stampeders approached them about doing their site and they turned them down.
Depending on what it is you are doing, there are a number of options. As a guy working the interactive industry from Tokyo if you need any help PM me and I can throw in an obective two cents.

The funny thing about that is Ted Hellard, co-owner of The Stampeders is also the co-founder of Critical Mass, and they still wouldn't do the website for the Stampeders!
