Default Rollovers

We are starting to do the manual roll overs.
Please check this thread to see if your team has been rolled or not. Be warned - this is going to take a while.

At this point the only thing that will be done is aging each player one year and moving contracts up one year. Sponsorship and trade dollars have NOT been added.

Teams done:
Anaheim

Chicago
Colorado
Columbus
Dallas
Detroit
Edmonton
Florida
LA
Minny
Montreal
Nashville
NJ
NYI
NYR
Ottawa

St. Louis
Tampa Bay
Toronto
Vancouver

DONE!

Once this is done will we have to worry about the watchdog?

No. Watchdog doesn't bite until the pre-season.
But remember being over the cap does prevent you from certain things.

Some of you may wish to re-read the rules. I've been getting a ton of questions the last few days. I don't mind answering them but the rules are there for your reference.

I'm not sure I completely know how to read. I know for sure that I know how to type. I have no idea why I'm respoding to this post about reading stuff, that required me to read something, if I don't know how to read.

I obvioulsy still have a ways to go.

I don't know what this says, seeing as how I can't read, but I'm sure it's some snide comment, NEIL!

I'm sure you guys have it under control, but I was just thinking if you're doing it team by team manually than some players, if traded, might get rolled over twice.

Like if Atlanta traded me a player and then in a week you rolled his numbers over again when he's on my team because you forgot he was previously on a team already rolled over.... Could become very confusing so I just wanted to make sure the traded players are being kept track of.

That's a good point. Not sure how to solve it though. The easiest is if each GM pays close attention to the rollovers on their team and make sure nothing like that happens.

Umm, you somehow rolled over Mats Sundin on the Yotes...he should be listed at 27 years old, signed to a PHX 3 year $2.1 Mil deal, and is a 85 OV.

Yea I sure will, hopefully everyone else does as well. Seems like there will be a lot of movement by the time all the teams are rolled over.

Face it drunk you're fata'd! Sundin is 47, rated 72, and 10 million a year. You better make some deals or you'll be getting trampled on routinely this coming season.

I copied my roster before the rollover into Excel to compare.

After our rosters are rolled over, can we now release any RFA players whom I do not wish to give a contract to?

Yeah, great job on all this stuff guys. That was super fast.

One thing that hasn't been changed yet though, is that guys who were picked up last year on waivers were obviously required to stay up with the big club for the entire season.... but should be able to be sent down now that it's a new season... but they still have (Claimed) next to their names.
