Default Cedarglen Homes

Hello All,

Just wondering if anyone has any experience dealing with cedarglen homes. I am currently in the market looking to build a home and was interested in one of the layouts cedarglen has to offer.

Any thoughts?

I think they are a respected builder that has been around for a while. My only knowledge of them is that my brother-in-law framed for them for years and always said they built great homes.

I am currently building with Cardel, and I am very happy thus far (we are about 3/4 thru). Also have experience with Greenboro...they build a great house.

I am building with Cedarglen in MacKenzie Towne, and have had no issues to this point.

The initial possession date was optimistic, but if you keep an eye on the site, you can get a decent read on how the build is progressing.

Best regards,

Bug

I'm building with Cedarglen and most things on the Cedarglen side has been great so far. (I've got some issues with some of their suppliers) I only say 'most' because the sales rep does not have as much knowledge as your liason has and I was not able to make some changes to the home that I could have done.

My house isn't 100% complete yet but I'd still recommend Cedarglen overall. The sticker price includes many small things that you'd have to pay as an upgrade with many other builders so the details are there. If you've got any questions; fire me a message.

Oh yeah, if you decide to build with Cedarglen and don't have a referal; please use me! We could split the $500 and I'd like to donate my portion to CP. Cheers,

My brother-in-law works for Greenboro if you would like to talk to him.

Hey

My parents bought our current home that we live in that was a Cedarglen Showhome. Its a great house with overall great quality and Cedarglen was a good company to work with. We have been living here for 12 years and have had no major issues and everytime we have company over, the first thing they can smell when walking into the house is the oak.
