Lord of the Rings Online

Hey guys, this came out a few weeks ago.

From what i've read its had great preliminary reviews, supposedly its a lot like World of Warcraft, but they've improved on a ton of features over what WoW has.

I could never get into WoW, but LOTR is a great story i love. Just curious if anyone has tried it, or if anyone here is planning to.

I picked it up since I needed something to fill the void of my WoW addiction. I like it a lot!

The music is fantastic and the environments are stunning. Gameplay enjoyable.

A few things I dont like:
- if anybody attacks your mob, your XP from it is cut in half even if it was only one blow
- lots of back and forth quests
- lots of quests to specific areas are picked up in different towns, making you run back to that same area several times

Some things I think are exceptional:
- the crafting system is awesome
- the music system is truly unique. how awesome is it to actually rock out on a lute or harp?
- the epic storyline and being immersed in a familiar world

If they could make a Wheel of Time MMO simliar to this, man oh man, I'd be a happy boy.
