MYK is right, this poll was pretty sketchy. First off it made you click through every single question (for advertising reasons). And second, anyone who takes it is going to recieve a Participative Leadership result.

In groups that I lead I take the following approach:
- experts I trust to deal with issues in their own field
- newbies I encourage to participate and contribute
- Descisions about the plan are left to me. Contribution is encouraged but once I make a decision it is followed by all members.

But then, I more often then not seek a background "advisory" roll rather then being at the front of the pack.
