I loved how late 80s/early 90s rap was more or less cheery, had bright colors, was fun, uplifting, yet still cool...all before Gangsta Rap and modern day R&B.
As you know, not a big rap fan...but in the early '90's I dug some of it...thanks to Dre and Snoop's Chronic and the assoicated byproducts (Warren G, Nate Dogg).
This one hasn't been mentioned, don't know if any of you even know it...but it was a favorite back then.
