Too bad Shaw will never get Centre Ice. I would jump back in a heart beat from Bell.
Shaw still needs to get Oasis HD.

Dont get too excited about HDNET. The HDNET that Bell carries is a very lame Canadian verison of the real thing. I assume Shaw will have the same.

The eastern stations are what I'm looking forward to the most. Timeshifting rocks.
Too bad no NHL on HDNet.

Nice that they are carrying a Saskatoon channel instead of having CFCN on two different channels...although I'd prefer CTV S'toon over Global S'toon.

Apparently HDNet isn't going to remain free. It's on a free trial right now.

This means you can watch shows like House which airs at 10pm mtn on the regular HD stations. While Fox Detroit airs it at 9est, which is 7 mtn.
I love it because you don't have to wait forever to watch your shows you like.

Until they upgrade the system in Banff/Canmore, we're still stuck with only four HD channels, Sportsnet, Movie Network, Fox and CBS....

Be thankful you have any. We have none here with no plans of ever getting any so when I got my HDTV I was pretty much forced to get Bell or just use it for my 360.

While I'm happy for the new HD channels, the shuffling is really peculiar.

HD timeshift is a great addition, very happy they've done that. When are these changes supposed to take place?
