Old Navy has a ton of St.Pattys gear, Most box stores should carry green gear.

The Dollar Store usually has lots of cheap crap for St. Pattys Day. I got a pretty sweet sparkly green bowler type hat there last year and a nifty sparkly shamrock headband. That might be a bit girly for ya, but they usually have some good novelty type stuff for pretty cheap.
