I find the lack of Jimi Hendrix Appalling...
All Along the Watchtower.
I don't smoke the **** but when I drink I enjoy some Hendrix tunes, puts me in another world so to speak after a couple nice drinks.

Err....Floyd!
DSOTM is often referenced along with "getting high", but I think the song Echoes is the ultimate stoner track.

Hey you don't have to be a stoner to enjoy marijuana! Once in a while is definitely OK....Also, I like Blinded by the Lights, by the Streets....

Back in the day when I was into the herb, there wasn't really any single song that stood out, but there were three artists that did ... pretty much anything by Hendrix or Pink Floyd would do the trick. And Mike Oldfield's Ommadawn album was always an enjoyable experience.

I'd second the Outkast recommendation. I've never been one to associate "classic rock" (ie. Floyd) with toking up. I'm more of a head-bobbin' stoner than a passed out on the bean-bag stoner.
