Never before has the CPHL seen such a dynamic duo. Never before has it witnessed what it will see on Sunday, February 18, 2007. On this day, two forces will come together to take on the CPHL. The two studs will fight all evil forces and take the league by storm, crushing everything in their way.
Mr. Dick Tarnstrom and Cory "Hot" Cross Buns will suit up for the first time TOGETHER as Florida Panthers.
No one saw this move coming. No one could have predicted that two great legends would have an opportunity to play for such a cool team.
Mr. Dick is already a legend in Florida. What a better way to add to his legacy than to call up Hot Cross Buns from the AHL.
"We are all about opportunity here in Florida" said Penney. "We don't like to see true heroes and champions down in the AHL. True superstars like Dick and Hot Cross Buns should still be playing full time and we fully intend to get it done."
THE DYNAMIC DUO will be in full force against the evil Toronto Maple Leafs on Sunday night. They will NOT be stopped. Look for the pairing to wreck havoc on the 3rd line, a line that has already been all but perfect this season.
