Yet another beheading in Iraq

Shortly before he was killed, the hostage said, "I am telling anybody who wants to work with Americans to not work with them. I found out that the mujahadeen have very accurate information (and) strong intelligence about everything. They are stronger than I thought."


The tape then shows a militant slitting the victim's throat before severing his head and placing it on his back. The tape did not specify the man's nationality, but he appeared to be Iraqi. It was unclear when he was captured or killed.


Is there any particular reason that this method of execution is used so frequently by these cowards? Something in their warped translation of the Koran??

Anyone know for sure?

Sounds like some propoganda to me. Then again, it could be true.

No idea why they like this method of execution the best. Tradition maybe? Perhaps because it hurts more, lasts longer and carries a pretty big shock value. That'd be my guess, but who knows with these people...

I read a recent article that says they behead their own all the time, it just doen't make the news over here.
