anyone else watch this show on Showtime? wow is it ever good, one of the most original shows that i've seen in years, and probably one of the best main characters on any show i've ever watched. i never thought they could make a serial killer such a likeable guy

Amazing, AMAZING show. I was hooked week 2!

But does anybody know what is happening now? Was it just a mini-series? Or is it one of those shows that will come on again in the Fall?

I started reading the books too. Yep, that's right, there were books before the show. It's helping me with my Dexter-fix.

it's a regular show, season 1 is finished (one of the BEST season climaxes i've ever seen for any tv show) and Showtime has announced they will continue for a 2nd season

and i will flat out say that it is the best show on TV. better than Lost, better than Battlestar Galactica, better than Heroes. i've never been this hooked to a show before

I second that. Dexter Morgan is by far the most interesting character on tv. But the story lines... phenomenal!

I am so happy that they are making a second season... I wasn't sure because everything wrapped up in the last episode. Yay! This will definately be one series I will buy on dvd too.

The opening credits always gives me chills too.

he almost seems like a dark modern day superhero, except instead of special powers or gadgets he just has a cold, caculating highly intelligent mind. deffinetly the single best character on TV right now

how had I not heard about this show? It is absolutely amazing. Just watched the pilot Holy crap is this good.
