Wrestling news
For all you wrestling fans (which I know there are more then a few here)
Triple H has once again torn his quad during a match last evening at New Years Revolution..the irony of the situation is that yesterday was the 5th anniversry of his return from his first quad tear so it looks like HHH is done for good now.

Why? Like them or hate them both are top performers and when either gets injuried for a significant amount of time it's a blow to RAW.
I like the Hitman too but the guy is done and even though the WWE has tried he's not coming back.

the wwe tried to bring him back? didn't he have a steroid induced stroke that gave him partial paralysis?

Was it linked to steroids? I've never heard that before. I'd suggest that it wasn't.

They wanted him to either be part of a feud with Shawn Michaels even if it wasnt an in ring feud or they wanted him to interfere in Michaels match during Wrestlemania since he was inducted into the Hall of Fame that weekend. He rejected both and left Chicago as soon as the Hall of Fame induction was over and didnt even stay for Wrestlemania itself.

The Theory is that he was kicked dead in the head by Bill Goldberg is a dangerous and badly executed spot. Hart suffered a major concussion that forced him to retire and caused his stroke later on.
It was a terrible way for one of the greats to go out.

ummm he fell off his bike by edworthy park and he wasn't wearing a bike helmet and smashed his head. It had nothing to do with wrestling.
Remember kids to wear your bike helmet.

Wasn't his stroke what caused him to fall off his bike?
BTW - WWE isn't going anywhere for a long time...

The WWE is going be safe for along time..the closest viable opposition is TNA which is full of great athletes but doesn't even have a live show.

I thought they were at an all time low for ratings? Plus the rising popularity of the UFC can't help things either. I could be wrong about the ratings, but when Kevin Federline is a regular on the show you know they are at the bottom of the barrel for ideas.

It doesnt matter how popular the UFC is getting as MMA and wrestling are two different things. Many people including me watch both. The only promotion WWE has to worry about is TNA.

Their ratings are nowhere near where they were at the most recent height of wrestling, but still puts RAW in the Top 10 weekly in cable ratings, and Smackdown is a strong show for the CW network.
And as for K-Fed, he's not a regular so much as somebody they brought in for a month to boost ratings a bit...something WWE does on a semi regular basis.

No landing on his head did though.
In June 2002, Hart suffered a stroke after a bicycle accident. The Calgary Herald reported that Hart hit a pothole, flew over the handbars of the bike and landed on the back of his head. Hart suffered partial paralysis after the stroke, which required months of physical therapy. Hart has since recovered much of his mobility and is in good health

Wow, where the heck did you hear that? As others have mentioned his stroke happened when he had an accident riding a bike (not sure if his stroke happened first or the accident).
As for your comment on Steriods..... Hart was never a big guy in the Wrestling business not sure why you would even suspect he was on steriods....
