Default Sirius Radio: Fave Shows/Channels

I'm not sure if anyone has a thread on this, but I didn't see one. I just got this for Xmas and I think its great. I know that there are a lot of CP listeners; what are you listening to? Which are the shows that you just can't miss?

I’m always amazed these sportscasters and announcers can call the game with McDavid’s **** in their mouths all the time.

Not really, they tend to broadcast 4 or 5 NHL games every day, they carry most Flames games. The easiest way to find out if they are carrying the game is to check this site...

http://www.sirius.com/servlet/Conten...54246&team=all

They usually tend to give the home team's radio feed, at least that's what I've experienced so far this season.

I really like Farrell's show and Stern's as well.

For music, I usually listen to the 80's stuff........Big 80's, Hair Nation and First Wave.

Not to highjack the thread, but I ended up going with XM just before Christmas.

Enjoying the four Jazz channels and the Blues one right now. Stuff you'd normally not hear a lot of otherwise. Plenty of other offerings in the rock vein as well. Still sampling them all.

I have a portable radio, and with the antenna/headphone unit, actually get great reception.

I just discovered Ch 119, Discovery. Same type of stuff that's on the TV channel.

What else?

Howard 100 & 101
Hair Nation 23
Octane 20
Hard Attack 27
Raw Dog 104
All the Sports channels

Just flipping around the channels is fun, so much on there.
