I'm actually excited to see this coming to fruition. I vaguely recall this project being worked on a few years ago, but fell through for some reason.

Hey, Indy's dad is still around so I guess that makes him appear a bit younger.

That is why they have stunt doubles.
I am looking forward to it as well, but won't believe it until I am sitting in the theatre listening to 'Duhn-duh-duhnt-da...'

I hear that. That is something missing from movies these days. The films where their soundtrack brings you down memory lane. Good Ol' classics like Indiana Jones, Star Wars, Superman, even Back to the Future to a lesser extent.

I'm with the Harrison Ford is too old camp. But I also believe you don't need Ford to make another Indy. Just like 007 series I wouldn't mind seeing someone else take over the Indiana Jones role and have more Indy movies in the future.

I would like to see Keanu Reeves take over.hehe.
He is very underrated as an actor. If not Bill Paxton could be an awesome Indy.

Indy 4 will fail because too many people are thinking that Indy is too old. Their expectations for an Indiana Jones flick are high and they are upset that Harrison Ford is too old to live up to these expectations, therefore many of these people will go into the movie with their mind already made up. Some will change their minds (assuming the movie is good) but not all.

Back to the Future to a lesser extent? Man, I dunno... I think that soundtrack is one of the best ever put out, fit the movie perfectly, one of the few tunes I can still hum in the shower from memory. Jurrasic Park too
