This doesn't go very far. O'Reilly has countered already, and the case is just odd ... harassed for two years, moves to CNN, and then asks to O'Reilly to come back to Fox, does and then sues him?

Why come back if it was a hostile work environment?

Seriously, of the people at Fox, I like O'Reilly the best and hope he beats this garbage. Now if it were Sean Hannity I would hope he would go dowm in Flames on the charge. Only problem there is that farm animals haven't figured out how to sue for harassment.

In the second story I added with the O'Reilly version of events, the interesting facts are:

1) She wrote an e-mail telling a friend how happy she was at FOX only a month ago.

2) FOX is asking a court to demand any tapes she has to be made public immediately, suggesting they are not worried about what he might have said or what she might have on tape and

3) She never complained once at FOX about sexual harrassment.

We shall see.

You obviously didn't see the interview he had with the son of a 9-11 port authority worker. He was blasting him for signing a 'do not goto war' petition, saying his father is rolling in his grave and that he would disown him.

Later the son made some bad comments about Bush and he's like "SHUT UP SHUT UP", cut off his mike. and after the interview they had to escort him from the studio because they were afraid O'Reilly was going to kill him.

Gawd those tapes would be funny if they exist. But this whole thing looks pretty sketchy so I won't hold my breath.
