Q about Glenmore Construction

If I'm heading northbound on McLeod.... have they opened up any lanes yet up by Chinook to get westbound on Glenmore?

Yup, it's been open for a while. Still slow going though, as construction is still happening.

Aw, there's not THAT many CPers that go through there every day.. give! Anything that can save my sanity going through there every day...

I tried this route out yesterday instead of waiting for half an hour to get through.

Take Glenmore West, and exit off at Macleod South. Take your first right at Jack Carter (the car dealership) and take that road West bound to Elbow. A quick right on Elbow and a quick left back to Glenmore, and you're now through the gongshow in about 1/4 of the time.

Nice! I've done something similar a few times where I turn right again after the dealership and back onto the eastbound exit lane and followed the loop back around to westbound Glenmore, but I never thought to go all the way through to Elbow.

It has been a bit better through there the past few days, I had actually resorted to going through down town to get to my work for a while; it was faster to go all the way through downtown than it was to go through Glenmore/Elbow!
