Back in the win Column - however, just as we were starting to get healthy, Timonen gets gooned in the 2nd period by Tucker. No call but he'll be out for 3 weeks. The knee by Tucker angered the Habs so much that Steven Reinprecht went out to extract some revenge.
Leafs continue to struggle. Patrick Marleau is out for a week or so but even without him the Leafs should have played better in this game. Instead, the PP struggled again and we got lucky to earn a point when Matt Pettinger tied the game with 4 minutes left.
Nice to continue the roll that we are on and get 1st place back in the league for a night. 10-3-3 in our last 16 now, and 8-2-0 in our last 10(5 straight wins). First line was off tonight but the rest of the team picked it up. Thrashers have a much deserved day off tomorrow before they play Friday @ home vs the Capitals.
