Accents
After reading the thread about the I Like London commercial which i have not heard i was thinking about the accents i like.
I really like the voices of:
David Attenborough - The British nature show guy
The guy who plays Sheldon Hawkes in CSI:NY
My fiancee because her Saskatoon accent (if there is one) is so damn sexy!
The Caterpillar from a Bug's Life
Johnny Depp in Fear And Loathing In Las Vegas.
What about you guys?

most foreign accents women have i find sexy, or at least different.
russian / east european girls and spanish girls especially.
i like talking to people with accents and trying to guess where they're from. i'm not that good at it.

I find all foreign accents on women sexy. Doesn't really matter where they are from for me.
The Aussie accent on a hot girl is something I will never grow tired of. [For example, Jennifer Hawkins (possibly the hottest Aussie): http://cosmosweb04.bcst.scd.yahoo.co...1783&ch=654606]

Yeah most guys love exotic accents on woman. Especially Mexican/Spanish/Italian/Russian/Eastern European.
But it is just because they are different, when people tell me they like the British accent, i find it so amusing. When i was in Calgary last all the girls where all over it. That was fun though. I wouldn't have been able to snag one of your hottest citizens otherwise :P:P:P

Men with British accents .. sooo hot I have an ex bf from England and I LOVED his accent. He seemed to think I was the one with the accent though .. which he claimed to love.
A bunch of my Dad's relatives from northern Italy have the coolest accents as well ... their words just roll off their tongue.

I met a few guys from Georgia a couple years ago, and I thought their accent was just awesome. Such a slow drawl, it was really cool.
The folks in Chicago can have a really heavy accent. Sometimes I wasn't sure if they were speaking English, it was so bad. I wouldn't call it an accent I really like, it's more harsh than anything.

For girls I like English Accents but sometimes they can come off bit snobby. I met a girl in my class a couple weeks ago from France, who spent a year abroad in the southern US so when she spoke English it was a mix of French accent with a southern drawl.. it was pretty cute. Latin accents are sexy. I also met a girl with a south african accent thats really cool, but she's super hot too so that might be influencing my opinion a bit.
Scottish accents are not sexy, if you can understand them.

My wife has difficulties with UK english, when we are watching movies or what not.
I am always asked, "what did she say?" "where are they going?" yadda, yadda, yadda...
It can be annoying sometimes.

Asian girl in a british accent is hot. I think girls from another race having an accent that isn't from the same country is awesome.
I once met a Danish asian girl with a danish accent, and that was pretty sweet.

I don't have a problem with the accent, but sometimes the slang and different words for common items(Lorrie, crisps, flat, boot, chips and so on) can make it more difficult to follow.

Now that I know no shortage of... I know an Asian girl who has a British Accent... thought I think her soothing voice is more attractive than the accent (or maybe the accent contributes to it) and this other Asian girl who has a Australian accent... find it pretty cool

My first real boyfriend was Irish. Had the greatest accent. Everything he said was sexy. It had me under a spell for pretty much the entire time we were dating... Just thinking about it... mmmm

I know what you mean. When we lived in Alberta, my wife and I didn't really realize how noticeable our accents were. Now we could spot a Canadian by overhearing them speaking. When I talk to my in-laws, I can hear their accents big time. Apparently, we've also lost our own Canadian accents a little. I guess 9 years will do that. (yikes!)
Re: Chicago--couldn't agree more. That has to be the most grating accent ever. They can't say "jacket"--it's "jeeyacket." Nasal, grating, harsh, everything.
New York accents are cool, though.
