So, it was one of the most annoying commercials a few years ago - the Xerox one where the snotty prof is telling his class that none of them will get published because it is too expensive, then the short, hairy fat guy stands up and tells him wrong because of on demand publishing...
Anyway, I found a web site (
www.blurb.com) that actually does that - on demand publishing and they actually have templates. My wife and I took the opportunity to create a book for our parents of our newborn. Price is reasonable - I think we spend $150 for three hard cover 60 page books including shipping.
