Ok, so halliburton sold parts to fix oil rigs so Iraq could pump more oil. So that means that halliburton is at fault for Saddam skimming 10% off the top of all proceeds from the Oil for Food program?

Christ, thats like blaming Toyota for building cars that kill people. Or blaming a mechanic for a gas tank explosion when he fixed a belt on the alternator like 2 years ago.
