Parking @ the Dome

Where do you park at the saddledome? (roger waters tonight) I figured you guys would pretty much be experts

I avoid parking at the grounds because exiting is such a pain in the ass.

I used to park at the dirt lots across Macleod from the C-Train, but since they're building towers on that land now, I usually park at the closest C-Train station and take the train.

You could also look for street parking around the grounds. I haven't had a problem finding a place to park on 13th Ave between Macleod southbound and Centre Street. I think it's 2 hour parking until 6, so you should be good, assuming you don't mind a little walk (but it's June, so the walk shouldn't be as bad as it is in January).

yeah im going to drive down tonight. there are usually numerous places to park right near the dome(for $5 or 10). but i wouldn't suggest parking in the dome parking lot its hell to get out of.

Unless you have some kind of plan to kill time after the concert so the traffic burns off, like blowing some cash at the casino, then don't drive in there. It's not fun waiting in that line to get out. If you do it against our wishes, make sure to use the washroom right before you leave the 'dome because you won't have another chance again for quite a while.
