Whats the name of that tv show?

It was on the Comedy Channel about 6 or 7 years ago, and it involved 2 puppets. One of them was a nerdy, penis-looking puppet and the other was a weirdo, stick-like puppet. The whole show was basically the two puppets surfing the internet for bizarre and disgusting sites and then mercilessly mocking them.

Anybody remember the one I'm talking about?
