Recommended mortgage brokers or RE Agents? - Calgarypuck Forums - The Unofficial Calgary Flames Fan Community

Hi Everyone,

I'm looking for recommendations on mortgage brokers and/or real estate agents in Calgary. I know there are a couple that frequent here on CP, has anyone dealt with them?

Does anyone have any personal experiences (good or bad) or tips they would like to share in choosing these people?

I'm a financial planner who DOES NOT do mortgages. I have a broker who is not in your area but who is excellent. If you want a referral, PM me. I get nothing for doing this. Just so you know. BTW, distance is not a problem. She can handle it all by fax and phone.

I just bought a house on Saturday and went through Nabber. He was great! Very accessable, always willing to show you houses. Trying to find the perfect house for you thats within your budget

My house was on the market for $349,900. It dropped to $325,000 on Friday and I ended up getting it for $320,000 on Saturday

You should for sure check him out. He'll probably end up saving you money. I'd recommend him to anybody

Seems to me he overpriced your house by about $30,000.00
