Hope this isnt a fata, didnt see any sign of it so I figured I would post it. I cant believe this story is acctually happening. What a ridiculous sentence, go to jail or go to Canada?
I just saw on Global news he has been detained by Canadian officials, I hope to god this puke isnt allowed to live amongst us.

He wasn't sentenced to Canada, they just said that he wasn't allowed there for 3 years. It was a plea agreement. The US said if Canada doesn't allow you there and you have to come back, the deal is off.
He got detained by Canada Custom's today, so it's a moot point. He's going to be in the smaller in the US now.

The guy already lives in Canada. It's now up to Canada to decide if he can stay up here or not. I don't see why not. I wonder how long he has been living here, also is he legal to work up here?
