I bought mine from Co-op and cooked it up yesterday with my family. Quite the night with a turkey dinner and the Flames Game just starting up. Happy Thanksgiving Cp!

I never know whether to eat on Sunday or the holiday Monday. So since I didn't think to put the turly in until 4, I guess it is tomorrow.

Always on the Sunday as you can use Monday as the 'left over' day. Easy, and even better than the day it was cooked in my opinion.

I am having a big roast beef with some veggies, mash potatoes, gravy, corn, green bean casserole, and some wine!
Happy Thanksgiving CP!

We're so used to celebrating American thanksgiving that we forgot all about the Canadian version. Sigh. Guess I have to wait until November for my Turkey.

I'm making a roast duck stuffed with prunes, apples with a wine braised cabbage, creamy potatoes (cooked with butter, milk and a bit of sugar) and dumplings (similar to English Yorkshire pudding).
Can't wait to eat it!
