I've had it a few times lately. It is pretty good. I don't know if it used to be better though.

The Panago thin crust they have now is awsome. If you don't go with Volo's, try the Panago thin crust. I just had it the first time a few nights ago, really liked it.

Volos used to be the size of about 10 thin crusts.
It's not (wasn't?) really healthy eating.

Ah... sort of the opposite of Panago thin crust then

well, last time I had Volo's was 2004, it used to be my favorite. Not sure if it's still up to par, but I thought it was the best pizza in town.

Vern's, Nick's and Volo's are my favorite places in the entire city. I love the smaller places, never buy at chains like 73, Pizza Hut or Dominos.

Volo's can be a bit greasy, but it's damn good. They don't cheap out with the cheese/toppings or make the dough 2 inches thick to rip you off.

I used to live about 2 blocks from Volos Pizza. Their Pizza has always been really good, IMO--though "best in town" is a tough call, given how many pizza places there are.

Not as good as I thought it would be.
I thought it really good. They still need to tweak it a bit (they keep burning the bottoms), but there's no other pizza like it in Calgary.

That sounds like it would be pretty pricey. Is it?

It's not pricey at all. Most pizzas are under $10 and can feed two people.

Also, I have to say that their green salad was the best I've ever had in Calgary. Absolutely perfect dressing.
