Default CFL Fun Fact of the Day - Who's the Best in the West?

After reading the thread title, I bet you said to yourself "Self, it has to be none other than the BC Lions"

Some food for thought - only one team has a winning record against division rivals in the West...and the Esks are living on borrowed time right now.

What does this mean? Jack squat. But interesting none-the-less

I predict that BC chokes losing 3 of their last 4 games and than gets knocked off by the Riders in the first week of the playoffs.

As a Rider fan, as much as I'd love to see this and see 10,000 Rider fans invade McMahon for the West Final, there is still some work ahead for the Riders to make the playoffs. It's too bad they pi$$ed down their leg Saturday night. The Riders have had BC's number this year though...

I'm interested to see how BC and Calgary's back to back goes here. Both teams are clearly the top 2 teams in the West right now - if either of the two sweeps it could very well send the other into a year end tail spin...

Nah, I said to myself "Self, it has to be none other than the Saskatchewan Roughriders"

Go Riders!

I don't know, the CFL is probably the most unpredictable league on the planet. I have learned from experience, especially being a Rider fan, never to count your chickens before they hatch.

With that said, I really would like a home-playoff game in Regina, but I think that da Riders have a better chance of beating the Lions over almost any other team in the league (sans Hamilton). So, at this point, I'm just hoping the Riders make it into the playoffs and win the Grey Cup.

Is that really to much to ask for?
