Default Elmo

I am trying to find one of those new Elmo dolls for my nephew. My sister has been trying to find one in NS but is having no luck. Has anyone seen any of these things kicking around anywhere out here? I've tried several places but they're sold out. Apparently there is "limited supply" right now which I'm sure is to just get people in a frenzy about them before Xmas comes. I think they're more annoying than anything else but that's a different story.

I called and they don't expect any more until the end of October and told me I can't reserve one.

10 years ago (the original Elmo Craze) I sold a few of them to desperate parents in between $200-350 each. Not bad when I paid $39.95

Just how badly do you want one? I might have 1 or 2 that I may or may not be giving to my niece and nephew.

I'm not sure what she's willing to pay. How much do these things retail for?

If you decide to sell both, the original poster can take the first one and I'll buy the second one off you for my daughter.

I bought 3 the day they came out. I am keeping one for my daughter but would sell the other two. I am open to offers. .

Does the "face price" clause on the Flames Ticket forum apply to this?

I got one of those TMX elmos... University Student... and I have one in my room... I went at like 9:00 AM to Toys R us just to get it...

Ummm... I don't knwo if they still do the Saturday thing, if they do... go to Toys R Us on Saturday morning half an hour before it opens and see... cuz thats how I got mine... and then I ordered another one online for my friend...

They're $49.01 with tax or $54.70 online, shipping included... I've watched it at least 10 times and people always ask to see the elmo I have when they walk by my room (university residence) I never get tired of it... and if u want to play a prank, there's a sound box on the box of the toy... take that out... then attach it to a door frame with the button pressed down BY THE DOOR... when they open the door... they'll hear elmo... we did that to people... it was GREAT!!!
