Luongo Offers

I've been getting a few of these. I'd like to point out a few things.

a) He has a NTC, and I wont be the one to break it. If you want it broken, you'll have to talk to EddieBronze about that.

b) I know I made a trade reciently where I gave up some very tallented players for prospects. I wont do that again.

c) Luongo is young, and he's arguably one of the top 3-5 goalies in the legaue. I'm not going to argue that, it's my opinion, and I'm gonna stick by it no matter what you try and tell me.

d) I gave up a lot to get him. If you're interested, and you've talked to EddieBronze... I am expecting to get a similar deal in return to what I payed for him.

But please... until you've talked to his agent about breaking the NTC, please don't throw offers at me. I put a NTC on him for a reason. But I am also in the buisness of winning a CPHL Championship one day (later rather than sooner). Please respect my request, and do this the right way.

Eddie said Roberto wants to play with someone cool like THE Lasse Pirjeta. But I just talked to Kolzig and he hates Frenchies, being German and all. So, I dont think its gonna work out anyway. I might put the offer back on the table if Olaf gets hurt or something. I'll let you know.

For the record, my agency will need premission from the existing teams GM for another GM to talk ANY contract details. Also for any NTC my agency gave, it will be responsibly of the existing GM to request that it be waived.

The whole reason I put a NTC on Luongo in the first place was to keep people from making offers. Obviously, it's not working.

I wouldn't be doing my job if I didn't listen to offers for any player on my roster, but having one of the most sought after goalies on my team is something I want to keep. Not the sought after part, but the elite goalie.

If you still want to offer, I won't say no to reading your offers. But please understand, I don't want to move him, and it's gonna take more than 3 bluechippers and a pick for him.

Basically, you're going to have to rebuild the Quebec Nordique.
