For the first time, Forbes magazine's list of the 400 richest Americans is made up of nothing but billionaires. Nine-figure wealth isn't enough to crack the "Top 400" club any more.

Think that this guy can spare a dime? Or better yet, buy me a ticket to a Flames game? (he'd also have to fly me back out to Calgary, but I am sure if they broke the piggy bank that they could probably do it...).

Casino mogul Sheldon Adelson moved up from 15th place last year to third, with a net worth of $20.5 billion US.
Forbes estimates that he's made about $1 million US an hour — every hour — during the last two years.
