Not really a gameshow. Downtown (popular duo who host their own sketch comedy show) put these kind of masochist sketches on all of the time. And the contestants are all well paid comedians. A ball slap is the initiation price for being a comedian in Japan....

Anyone ever watch MXC. Hilarious Japanese game show dubbed in with english announcers and dubbing in one liners for the contestants = FUNNY!
