Dead Rising for 360 now out.

Just got this game yesterday, and it lived up to all the (self-imposed) hype.

Killing zombies with hundreds if not thousands of different objects will simply never get old....at least not for the first 3 times I play through it.

Anybody else grab this yet?

(For those of you with no idea what I'm talking about)

Was this only to come out on XBOX360?? Other than sports games, I haven't awaited a release of a game as much as this one. Replay value on this looks to be high with all the different items you can use to kill Zombies.

Only 360 unfortunately. This is the first game I've actually anticipated since I got mine. And so far it hasn't let me down.

First zombie game of this nature I've ever seen, only other one I know of is the Resident Evil series which was nowhere near the same.

Curious to know what others ones I've missed throughout the years.

This game screams "next gen average" to me. X360 owners need something to grasp on to since not a lot of big games have hit since Oblivion and this is the one they are grasping to right now.

I downloaded the demo through Marketplace and it seems like a pretty fun game though there's other games I would rather spend $70 on.

Very dissapointed in it. Cutscene after cutscene, after loading screen, after cutscene. Literally played for 30 minutes, never taking more than 20 seconds of gameplay before hitting the next cutscene.

Maybe it is just me, but I like games that I can actually play...

I'd give it a little more time if I were you.
Ever played Final Fantasy X?
I was so frustrated with the first couple hours of that game (Same reason, too many cut scenese), but once the story was established, it was on of the best games ever.
