Used Car Dealerships

I'm contemplating picking up a used vehicle.

What are some reputable dealerships in town? Any recommendations?

I have had good experiences with 9th Ave Auto, right across from Spolumbo's.

Most of the cars there were leased and then given back when the lease ran out, and sold to the car dealership. Usually in very good condition, fairly low kilometers, and they are quite trust worthy (ask for Rick, he's not gonna jerk you around).

Most of the cars there are 2-4 years old. I'm not sure what your looking for exactly, but i hope that helped.

Why not just pick up a Bargain Finder and buy private? You save on GST as well as the dealer's comission, and the selection is huge! The only hassle is you have to drive around the city.

Buying private is my preference too, however, looking at Auto Trader
or Bargain Finder, a lot of ads are dealers. Either totally disguised,
which I thought wasn't allowed, or listing dealer/stock no.

There is a car at Crowfoot BMW that I like, pretty much exactly
what I want. Can anyone recommend or not recommend them?

best bet to read the auto trader is to get up EARLY on Thursday, thats the day of the week that they print out new issues of auto trader.

so about 5-6 am wake up, head to your nearest macs/7-11 pick up the trader, find the cars you want and around 9am call them to come check out the car.
